International Living - Can't Access the Website
I purchased a one year subscription to the magazine and was given 'free' reports as well as I purchased one report at a reduced rate.
Today I got my Login Details email and NONE OF THE LINKS WORK! I get a blank page. I thought perhaps it had something to do with not being logged into the site before accessing some of the reports (proving I am a member by logging in) so tried to just get to the basic site...still a blank page. SO I got the great idea of clearing out my cache and all cookies (PITA as it logs me out of everything) and it WORKED! I got to the page, logged in, and accessed a bunch of free reports via a link in the email they sent to me. Then I tried to move around the website to access something else and... BLANK PAGE. I called to complain and so she is getting someone to look into it. I also told her I never got any sort of access link to the report I bought so she sent me a link and password for it. Guess what.... you guessed it.... BLANK PAGE! So I tried clearing out my cookies etc again to no avail... just blank page every time.
Unbelievable and SO FRUSTRATING. I understand having security built into a website that has so many reports that they want you to pay for before accessing but can't they find a method that works and is user friendly????

I have no problem viewing their site, I suggest trying to log on with an other computer. Good luck.
I have had no trouble accessing International Living Reports and prior months of the magazine.....sometimes a little slow to load, but got everything I wanted.....give them time to assess the problem.....
