I subscribed online to the magazine and I've yet to receive a hard copy. After emailing and phoning several about the issue, they sent me a web link and password, but guess what - no content that would be available to a subscriber.

I also returned a purchased book and it has yet to be credited to my AMEX.

I will now be contesting both purchases with American Express, this after many unanswered emails and phone calls to IL "customer service", where all emails are signed by "Pat Goodman" or "Helen" - persons who likely do not exist. The same information is recycled over and over, but the content is of little use.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $203.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Difficult to access necessary help, Customer service.
